Built from our own needs
Filing documents is one thing. Finding the right invoice again, reusing its details and seeing documents in the context of a project is another. Depono is growing out of these needs and our own experience with Paperless.
This is our origin story, not a general market study. We are developing the workflow with our first users and want to understand, through specific documents, what helps in everyday life.

Depono is made by Squibble GmbH in Kemptthal, in the canton of Zurich. We develop software and operate Depono. You can find company details and the person responsible in the imprint.
Depono connects documents with details, customers and projects while leaving a place for your existing spreadsheet. The business workflow starts with invoices; personal use starts with the documents you want to find again.
