Try Depono: pilot and planned pricing
Today you can try Depono in the free learning pilot. For afterwards, we are planning two offerings: one for your personal documents and one for your business. Neither can be purchased yet.

During the learning pilot, you try Depono for free and give us feedback on the workflow with your own documents. There is no automatic switch to a paid subscription. The pilot is not a promise of permanently free or unlimited use.
Start with a few documents whose details you know. Check recognised values against the original and try copying them into your spreadsheet. See the business workflow. There is also a place for personal documents.

A paid offering requires your explicit order
Before any costs arise, you will receive a specific offer with the price, applicable VAT, usage allowance and terms. A payment obligation arises only if you explicitly place an order. There is no silent transition out of the pilot.
The prices and allowances on this page are planned and may still change before launch. We do not promise unlimited processing. We will discuss questions about the end of the pilot, your data access or deletion with you directly.
Account, members and workspace
A workspace is a separate document area. An account can use multiple workspaces; an account, members and a workspace are different things. The price applies per workspace: members who can edit count as people, members with read-only access do not.
Questions about the planned prices
What counts as a new document?
Every document you newly upload in a month. Business includes 1,000 new documents per month, Personal 200. Opening, checking and downloading documents does not count.
Who counts as a person?
Every member of a workspace who can upload or edit documents. Business includes three people; each additional person costs CHF 9 per month. Personal includes up to five people at a fixed price; you cannot invite further people with editing rights. Members with read-only access do not count.
Does access for my fiduciary cost anything?
No. Read-only access is free and does not count as a person. Your fiduciary can search, view and download documents but cannot upload, change or delete anything.
Can I bring my existing archive?
Yes. A one-time import of up to 10,000 documents, for example from paperless-ngx, is included with Business. For larger archives, get in touch.
Do the prices include VAT?
Personal does, the price of CHF 9 per month includes VAT. Business prices are excluding VAT.
How can I cancel?
At any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Billing starts on the day you order: if you order on the 17th, each period runs from the 17th to the 17th of the following month. With yearly billing, you pay ten months instead of twelve: CHF 290 per workspace plus CHF 90 per additional person for Business, CHF 90 for Personal. You can cancel a yearly plan at any time, effective at the end of the paid year; months already paid are not refunded. We remind you by email 30 days before renewal. After it ends, your workspace stays readable for 90 days so you can download everything.
